Storage solutions for sticky material

When asked to develop a storage solution for highly cohesive material such as FGD Gypsum, ESI Eurosilo came up with a compact design that incorporates 3 operational units on top of each other.

In this compact logistic solution, the suspension is pumped to the dewatering on top of the silo and from there fed and stored into the Eurosilo from which the trucks can be loaded directly underneath the silo. Instead of 3 days, the storage period is extended to over 3 months. We have built over 60 units around the world, including many repeat orders, showing the customer’s satisfaction and appreciation of the reliability in handling FGD Gypsum. This system is applicable for storing a wide range of cohesive products.
