检验后的中心柱系统

为了控制马铃薯淀粉的进料和出料，我们开发了经过验证的中心柱系统。淀粉通过一个封闭的系统分布到螺旋架(包括螺旋输送机)，均匀地分布在淀粉表面。中心柱通过打开中心柱上专门设计的快门，从筒仓中取回淀粉。回收是由自动控制的百叶窗，而螺旋输送机移动淀粉到中心柱。独特的卷帘柱系统也适用于其他非常细的散装物料，如糖、粉煤灰或更小粒径的散装物料(如EAFD)。

 

丹麦KMC案例

丹麦KMC为世界各地的食品工业客户提供以土豆为原料的原料，出口到80多个国家。随着KMC生产的扩大，以及存储需求的增加，现有的筒仓(具有各种存储容量)必须加以扩展。在评估了市场和流程选择后，KMC在2015年决定建造迄今为止最大的淀粉筒仓，储存量为8.85万立方米，约6万吨。由于持续的增长和已验证的欧罗仓系统，在2018年和2019年又建造了相同类型的Eurosilo。

保证散装农产品安全

我们公司植根于荷兰的农业产业。今天，欧洲粮仓被世界各地用来储存大量的土豆淀粉或豆粕。这些筒仓的设计是为了在收获季节之间长期安全储存。使用不锈钢，无水分的条件和清除的残渣内筒仓防止有机材料恶化。使用ATEX认证的驱动器，将粉尘爆炸的危险降至最低。探测装置和灭火设备也可达到同样效果。欧罗仓是目前欧洲和日本主要马铃薯淀粉制造商最受欢迎的储存系统。
